1. Do I need to make a reservation at Glow Spa?

A reservation is not required but it is recommended to confirm availability for your desired time and service.

2. How can I make a reservation?

You can use Glow Spa's booking system, email, and book directly on our Facebook page. For last minute appointments, we recommend you call to receive immediate confirmation.

3. Do I need to choose the spa service in advance?

It is recommended that you choose in advance so we can be better prepared for your arrival to reduce wait time.

4. What products do you use in the spa service?

We use 100% pure essential oil blends for our body massage service. For facial care, we use Dr. Spiller, a German professional Biocosmetic skincare brand which is suitable for all skin types (including sensitive skin). For Hair Spa service, we use Davines, a professional Italian hair care brand, for all our hair treatments.

5. Do you have male or female therapists?

We only have female therapists.

6. Do you offer spa services for children?

We do accommodate spa services for children from the minimum age of 10.

7. What do I wear for the massage service?

We provide disposable underwear for women and shorts for men. It is advisable to remove jewelry and keep it in your purse/bag.

8. Are tips included in the price?

Tips are not included but appreciated, especially if you are happy with the service provided.

9. What kind of payment do you accept?

Prices are quoted in VND. We accept cash (Vietnamese Dong and USD) and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB).

10. How can I purchase a gift voucher?

Please go to our gift voucher page and follow the instructions. The process is simple and quick. Payment can be made through Paypal without requiring an account.
